Shipping Policy

At FAITH, CAN Apparel, we strive to ensure that your order is processed and delivered in a timely and transparent manner.

Processing & Handling Time All orders require a handling time of 1-3 business days before they are shipped. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

Order Cut-off Time Orders placed by 12:00 PM PST will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will begin processing the next business day.

Transit Times & Shipping Tiers We offer the following shipping options at checkout. Transit times apply after the 1-3 day handling period:

- Free USA Delivery: 8-13 business days total transit time.

- Express Shipping: 7-11 business days total transit time.

- Priority Shipping: 6-9 business days total transit time.

International Shipping Transit time for international orders is generally 7-14 business days. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs or port issues, and we will keep you updated on any changes.

Change of Address If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@faithcan.net. Address changes can only be made before the order has been shipped.

Cancellations Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting info@faithcan.net. Once an order has completed processing and shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
