Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours after purchase.
  • Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by tracking information once order is shipped.

Shipping Times

  • U.S. orders and International orders: Order handling time for both U.S. and international orders is included in the processing time of 1-3 days.
  • Transit time for for both U.S. and International orders is 7-14 days.

Shipping Costs

  • U.S. Orders: Free shipping on all orders (excluding Alaska & Hawaii).
  • International Orders: An affordable flat rate shipping fee will be applied at checkout based on shipping address to ensure affordable and reliable delivery.

Transit & Handling

  • Order handling time for both U.S. and international orders is included in the processing time of 1-3 days.
  • Transit time for for both U.S. and international orders is 7-14 days.
  • Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

Order Cut-off Time

  • Orders placed by 12:00 PM PST will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day.

Change of Address

  • If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@faithcan.net. Address changes can only be made before the order has been shipped.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hour of placing the order. Please contact us at info@faithcan.net to request a cancellation. Once the order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it.

Damaged Products

  • If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide a detailed description of the damage along with photographic evidence. We will assist you in getting a replacement or refund, subject to manufacturer approval.

Returns & Refunds

  • You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
  • We also offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee found in our Returns & Refunds Policy
