At Faith, Can Apparel, we strive to ensure that your order is processed and delivered in a timely manner. Please review our detailed shipping policy below:

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 24-72 hours after purchase. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by tracking information once your order has shipped.

Transit & Handling

  • Order Handling: All orders, both U.S. and international, include a handling time of 1-3 business days within the overall processing time.
  • Transit Times:
    • U.S. Orders: Transit time is typically 7-14 business days after processing. We will inform you of any delays caused by natural events, such as hurricanes or other disasters.
    • International Orders: Transit time is generally 7-14 business days. However, delays may occur due to shipping or port issues. We will keep you updated on any changes.
  • Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

Order Cut-off Time
Orders placed by 12:00 PM PST will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day.

Change of Address
If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@faithcan.net. Address changes can only be made before the order has been shipped.

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Please contact us at info@faithcan.net to request a cancellation. Once the order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it.

Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide a detailed description of the damage along with photographic evidence. We will assist you in getting a replacement or refund, subject to manufacturer approval.

Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. We also offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee as detailed in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
